William N. Hulett III has been the managing member of Fame Development, Ltd., a residential real estate developer since June 1999.
From June 1997 to June 1998, Mr. Hulett served as President and Chief Executive Officer of BridgeStreet Accommodations, Inc. ("BridgeStreet"), an American Stock Exchange listed company in the extended stay lodging industry, and from June 1998 to June 1999 he served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of BridgeStreet.
From September 1995 to May 1997, Mr. Hulett was the Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in Cleveland, Ohio.
From May 1981 to May 1993, Mr. Hulett was the President of Stouffer Hotel Company, the owner of a national hotel chain. Prior to that time, Mr. Hulett served as Vice President of Operations for Westin Hotels, then based in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Hulett is also a director of Cuyahoga Community College.
Bill began his hotel career at the Benjamin Franklin then moved quickly to The Olympic, The St. Francis, The Ilikai, The Mayflower and then as VP for Operations and Development.
